All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are as described on our pricing page. Fees may be updated from time to time with 30 days' notice.
All fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and other applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes, including VAT, as required by Kenyan law.
The Service, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by Tazamaji and protected by Kenyan and international intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your inventory data, business information, and content you upload ("Your Data"). By using our Service, you grant us a license to host, process, and store Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our systems, source code, or algorithms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will provide a 30-day window to export Your Data, after which we may delete it unless required to retain it by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, we disclaim all warranties.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY KENYAN LAW, Tazamaji SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to mediation under the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) rules.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Kenya located in Nairobi.
